Colin Gilchrist

As far as screen work goes, I have appeared in Taggart, Murder Rooms, The Book Group and River City as an SA. Slayed the dragons in Dragon’s Den and was featured in Britain’s Next Big Thing. I featured in many plays and musicals in the 1990s and with companies such as Giffnock Theatre Players in The Slab Boys and then The Time of My Life and the Musical Comedy of Murders not to mention Whisky Galore with leading parts in all. I also worked with musical theatre companies such as the Pantheon Club, Three Wise Monkeys and Stirling and Bridge of Alan Operatic Society where I performed in musicals such as Oklahoma, Crazy for You and the Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and in Some Like It Hot and The Boyfriend I did many shows with Eastwood Entertainers such as The Pyjama Game and The Hot Mikado. I have taken somewhat of a hiatus to grow a family since then and am looking forward to performing once again
